Whats A Good Airsoft Gun

Tortuga Galapagos cruise (5) - Floreana

Floreana is famous for this, and on this island at the beginning of the nineteenth century placed a wooden barrel that served then it for the mailbox (Post Office Bay). The sailors threw there, and another list of the ships forward to further post office, if you just flowed in that direction. This tradition continues to this day by the tourists - here you can leave the parcel without a stamp, and someone I once handed over to the addressee. I also I took with me a few letters to the Polish, which I'm going to personally deliver ... On the island there August also lava tunnel, where you can move tens of meters. At the end of the tunnel there is a small lake, where you can swim (in complete darkness). The island is also a football pitch, on which the matches take place today miedzyjachtowe.

Mailbox and the remains of the previous, already damaged boxes.

In the tunnel of the lava was too dark, no pictures came out. Such a wind tunnel is formed when under the influence of wind and rain, freezes the surface layer of lava that runs. Lava flows underneath the remains, and on top of the crust is formed. Later lava flows from the bottom, leaving an empty space under the shell. On the Galapagos is tens of such tunnels.

Later that day by most of the time it was raining, so there is almost no pictures. Below are a small colony of flamingos and their nests visible from afar. On this island we watched turtles still nest giants.

Despite the rain that day was one of the most interesting, because snorklingowalismy in two great locations. First place was actually in the Post Office Bay, there also swam a little penguin - observations of the creature as swimming in the water (and swims like crazy!) And ice fishing a few meters away from me was amazing! The second place was the Devil's Crown - swimming in kilkudziesieciometrowym crater on the ocean. There were sharks, blood was also ... but about it later, because I still do not have pictures from there ...

Ruben has prepared a summary of the trip for us with the names of places and animals that we saw. 5th day, we did not with the crew from the boat, because the fourth day of the week, the Floreana and after they arrived, we went to Puerto Ayora to the boat, so we paid for the trip by 1 / 5 less, and the fifth day we did a program on your own. But more about that in the next episode!

Remaining still ralacja the next two days at Santa Cruz, but I'm not already on it today forces.

And in Colombia, also is cool ...

sailing through the night on Floreana, exactly in the west. Clear sky appeared a star - we direct our shining Orion, the right of the Big Dipper pointing north (the North Star visible, hidden just below the horizon), to the left of the Southern Cross pointing south. Clearly visible Milky Way and the planet showing the plane of the solar system, with (eng), Moon, Mars and Venus ... The visibility was incredible!
