browsed the last written before of my articles and I must say that they are terribly chaotic ... Sometimes the descriptions of nature mingled with practical advice, and sometimes with the emotions of large food prices, etc. This is because as I sit in a cafe to kompa order to describe to you what is happening lately, I have millions of thoughts in my head, he writes everything on my saliva language (for keypad?;) will bring and so it comes out later, sorry about that. I should have it all somehow more structuring. Well, unfortunately, we are not here for a netbook, which is the biggest mistake of this trip - it's not a lot of vases, and the current and the Internet via WiFi are widely available here, would be a lot more time to prepare your photos and write a decent text and its editions. And at the moment - all texts are written on a fast, live bait, often without time even for their Read user, not to mention sensible editing ... You have to somehow withstand this to the end, unfortunately, already soon;)
Returning to the Galapagos ...
As soon bought a cruise that we did not know even called our ship, we saw his photograph in a travel agency in about 10 seconds, we focused on the tour program ... Only after his return from Isabel and on arrival at the airport, from where we had to get at him, we learned that the boat is called "Aida Maria."
On each cruise the Galapagos half on the first day elapses on collecting passengers from the airplanes flying into the south. We also waited at the airport, and waited, and waited ... and they have not arrived. It was us five, instead of fourteen people. Our guide stated that since I arrived, it is their loss, and sail, and they somehow joins us later if you arrive. However, we lost a couple of hours and time of our stay on the Baltrze was somewhat limited. Late group flew a later plane, after 16-th. How do I stepped on the deck was getting dark, so that day no longer saw anything. It turned out that their plane, which flew from Quito had during a stopover in Guayaquil failures, which was detected just before the second start. They had to change plane, were furious. According to me it was the happiest day of the rest of their lives ... Our boat
positively surprised us. It turned out that Aida Maria is a luxury yacht (according to the classification of the Galapagos - a class called Turista average), despite the fact that we expected in August, rather economy class. In any case, the operation for 14-person boat which was floated a total of 6 people crew (captain, second helmsman, pants, a mechanic, a cook and bartender-waiter), and Ruben, our guide. We got three meals a day, full support, as in a good restaurant, sometimes also snacks like chips and cookies after the swim warm. Food very good, desserts, fruit, water, tea, coffee. Beer not included in ($ 3 per 350 ml), Coca-Cola was not. We had available to the tiny air-conditioned cabins, with two pretty large, even as South America stacked stacked beds and small bathroom with shower. The room was cramped, but I slept comfortably. A boat had two decks, where one could hang out for the day or evening - one indoor and one in full sun. Behind was a small boat pulled a motorboat to splawialismy August on all islands, and from which snorklowalismy (is this word?). Word - ignorance have given myself a little bit of luxury ...

Our route (on the map below with the cruise itinerary are drawn in two loops - southern and northern we we did just south part, required a trip north eight days):

first day, the Baltrze spent only 2 hours of the day was cloudy, at moments it was raining, so a lot of pictures and no. However, it is the least interesting island, it is used at present for the airport, during the Second World War there was the American military base. Walking Baltry in programs of all cruises and only after that, anything in order to fill the small amount of time that remains after the acceptance of passengers from the airport. So, whether we liked so much! Ruben very telling many stories about the history of the islands, met with animals and their habits, and even about where he came from the sand on the beach.
Pelikan in port during the first entry in the Aide Marie (yes, I know this photo was already, repeat a few of the previews, to make them properly assigned to the islands).
And so I sat on the rocks again, crabs ...
... in the lake behind the beach dune beside walked (3) flamingos ...
... the remains were lying on the beach here during a sunken WWII barge.
When we visited the beach and its surroundings, our waiting boat anchored 150 meters from the shore.
Plaza was amazing!
There also the first time snorklingowalismy, but this will be a separate chapter, as I get a underwater photos!
Later, the ship reached the rest of the passengers. Traveled with us:
- Eric and Emily - a couple of Americans from Washington. Eric works at NASA and is one of the smartest people I know. We spent a lot of time while analyzing the map the night sky, discussing various topics of space, with Einstein, the theory of relativity, how to build the atomic bomb and many other topics. In most of our conversations were limited to my questions and answers Erik;)
- Angel, Aurora and Diana - 3 superfajne and pretty Swiss girl, in our century. After the cruise we met with them, also in Quito ... It may also appear on one of the events in Poland
- Ernesto - Swiss metallurgist, at our age. Przesympatyczny, a party boy, from a few months in travel after the AMPD
- Alex - boy from Russia, about whom I do not know too much, in our age
- Jason and Victoria - Australian-British couple, also in our age
- Matt and Liliana - a pair of teachers from Colombia, very cool and wise people. Matt worked as a teacher, among others in poor countries in Africa, Asia and now in a private school in Bogotá. Liliana teaches philosophy and social sciences at the university. We will meet with them yet as we get to Bogota.
- Vicky - old lady from Canada
In short - we got to excellent team, and to poimprezowania, and to talk to more serious topics. Seeing the other group consisting largely of the older (and heavier) American tourists, we were really happy!
the first evening it turned out, that actually no one present to the sea wolves should not be, so the evening ended fast. The next evening, after a short acclimatization already on the boat passed a very pleasant - always przesiadywalismy on one of the decks watching the sky and the horizon or still a yacht flying birds (frigate), and discussing, often long after nightfall ... (Ie after 18 th;)
