Indoor Basketball Courts For Rent Nj

Barcelona is a wonderful city, but what a lot of traveling, a good thing. Especially, that advance our trip was planned for 100 days, not 106, and was optimized! :) And in this connection: timed out toothpaste, ended shampoo, soap, ended, ended up clean clothes, I ended up also insurance. He finished the tour and the budget ... And in Barcelona, especially when compared to South America, it is not cheap at all! We did not know on how many days we're stuck there, it was hard to decide - whether we go on foot, or wait until a cloud of volcanic smoke settles to fly. We chose the second option, since the moment we had no desire to continue riding. Due to the depletion of funds to live like most postanowiliśym economically.

After several hours of marching with backpacks around downtown and visited a few hostels, finally find a place for themselves - it was called. pension (rooms in a private house), located in Plaza Reial, just off the main tourist street in Barcelona La Rambla, in the old city center. Room for the best of the encountered along the way and the cheapest (which does not mean that cheap, 45 euro for 2 people per night). The Way We spend 6 nights. Harbored mainly in the nearby Carrefour - our breakfast was 6 6 * + 6 * baguette jugurt Strawberry 0.6 liters (including 1.5 per 1 set). Breakfast is usually eaten on park benches, the fountains, or on the curb, with the other homeless. :) For lunch we ate mostly kebab / pizza / other fast food, just cheap (4-8 euros). We

terrible jet lag. This ailment associated with travel between time zones. During the 10-hour flight overcame seven time zones. The body go haywire, this usually takes several days. It was midnight, and we felt like it was five in the afternoon. The first night I managed to sleep until about 6 am. I got up after 15-th. The next night was similar, it managed to move about 1-2h a day, so the full normalize the body's gone a little ...

All the days spent exploring the city. Walked almost everything ... I estimate that in these days together we walk about 100 km. The old town, harbor, beach, business center, the old residential areas, new residential areas, parks, churches, fountains, squares, markets and shopping malls. We watched as the cards and find them something we have not seen anything yet and there we went. After 5 days there was no such thing. We saw everything. The last day we wanted to go to an art museum ... but did not find. Instead, we found chance to some art galleries. In Polar, trekking boots, backpack and walked to the center of fascination and saw pictures and images. After some time came up to me quite nicely dressed lady, smiled and flashed me a flash of his camera straight in the eye. What is it?! I looked around - all around me a crowd of people in suits or elegant dresses, drinking champagne, which poured over everybody at the table next to it. Hmmm ... something is wrong here. I looked around and saw only signs that it is opening one of the English association of artists. Shook around a while now, as if nothing happened, and quietly slipped away. Too bad I do not know enough English to further blend into the crowd and get acquainted! :) Later strollin with sin one of the streets. When one of the kiosks has cardboard box with newspapers, all designed to be thrown away. Some in rags, you leaned over and picked the newspaper for himself, and hastily departed. We decided to take a something for everyone, it's pretty good newspaper, the numbers a month. Fell on the Sunday Times Travel and Scientific American. We had read in the evening, we had had enough walking.

I will not write about the history of Barcelona, a Gaudim and Dali, which by the way it would be necessary to tell. There also will show you the sights, or too many streets of Barcelona. I will write only that it is a beautiful city and I know if I want to live somewhere outside the Polish, it was mieszkałbym in Barcelona. The city is incredibly beautiful and has a wonderful climate. There is also a neat, safe, and appears to be a friendly people - every part of it was built so as to ensure maximum social utility - they are beautiful buildings, pavements and roads are wide, spacious parking lots. Both in the tourist areas and there are plenty of residential social - squares, ryneczki, cafes, where people meet, discuss, play cards, dominoes, or drink beer. The local planners have done a good job - and it's several hundred years ago, when I planned, now the old city. And the same applies to new districts - are spacious and nice, such that it really makes you want to live there. The city has a beautiful harbor full of yachts, has beaches, the mountains are around - something nice for everyone. For cyclists, bike lanes are everywhere, they invented or automated bike rental - which is a few hundred meters from the electromagnetic parking racks where the bikes, which can be rented on a magnetic card. He takes up such a bike from one place and then leave elsewhere. Full freedom of communication and does not need to worry about the car - brilliant! In addition to Barcelona, cheap airline year on R, with most major cities in Poland, so cheap you can get there (in our case, EUR 30, but I can still cheaper). I recommend everyone visiting Barcelona! I could still write songs about how there is good and how many interesting places I saw, but as I mentioned - I will not mention about it. :) Do not show this too the pictures, the Internet is a lot of galleries, which show the sights and atmosphere of Barcelona. I'll show you the Barcelona what is ... hmmm ... unusual or different! (And sometimes it's completely normal.)

example
- English graffiti

- either the original decorations on the top of the building

- the outer walls of the house in the pattern of the wallpaper in Grandma

- green street in downtown

- unfortunately, in Barcelona you can not bathe in the fountain (not that I planned;)

- but everyone will find a piece of space for myself ...

... but sometimes it is not easy

- here draws on the walls of the hearts, instead of ... instead of what is drawn here!

- only that the trees are strange;)

- view port (yes, I know, no sense;)

- one of the streets for pedestrians, closely monitored!

- here at roundabouts puts the fountain (and this is not an isolated incident)

- and some churches have been built 130 years. But then what is the church!

- here, even the pigeons to wash;)
(I had to show even a pet!;)

(two actually)

- Gaudi had the imagination, its buildings and the park make a big impression. We, in Poland - everything has to be classical, in accordance with the Convention and rules. Here, not necessarily. This gives excellent results. I recommend to type in google "Gaudi" and view the gallery! And here it was not to be ... But Gaudi built with an egg!

- here, not all buildings have the shape of cuboids

... for the plants tend to have!

- an automatic bike rental

- is also quite a few private, old bikes

- and what kind of an old and very rich district, all the laundry on top ... and how pretty!

- gentlemen of the fast-food watch FC Barcelona (TV above the door)

- the views from the windows of our room - La Rambla at night

- in the street is not decided enter

- prompts reflection

- who wants a ride on the merry carousel?

- here in the market you can buy fresh strawberries ...

... or fruit juices ...

... just be careful from whom you are buying! ;)

- I decided it find a place in the book "Shadow of the Wind." Cemetery of Forgotten Books, unfortunately, did not find, but I found a street where there was a bookstore by Daniel Sempere - Carrer de Santa Anna. Unfortunately, no bookstore was not there anymore ...

A summary of the trip on Thursday, unfortunately not have time, so for now I say again - to see you!

Playhousedisney Charley And Lola

Barcelona Bogota

got to Bogota by air for about 200 PLN from Santa Marta. From the airport taxi to the old quarter of La Candelaria (28 PLN). We went to a random hostel, La Casa del Sol, which I will not elaborate because I do not recommend it strongly. After one night walked the entire district in search of a new hostel, in general, rather poor standard. Finally, on consecutive nights we stayed in a hostel Fatima, this is much better (30 PLN).

the guide, we learned that in Bogota, there are three districts that are worth seeing:
- La Candelaria, or old city, and its cathedral, narrow streets, old buildings, the world's first monument to Simon Bolivar - the liberator of South America, the old market and headquarters Government
- Downtown - lying just off the La Candelaria, the shopping centers, office buildings and the Museum of Gold (about this later)
- North Bogota - with embassies and expensive hotels
addition to the above we also see the Monastery, a chair lying on top of the projecting correctly from the center of Bogota. Bogota is also near the Colombian Mine - that the cathedral was built in a salt mine. In the pictures, however, looks far less impressive than ours, so I myself odpuściliśmy.

Every day of our stay in Bogotá was raining, it was also quite chilly. Again went in motion, and fleece jackets. Bogota, as is often the case in South American capitals, lies in the mountains, at 2,600 meters above sea level, around there are other, even higher mountains. Because of weather we have not decided on any of trekking around the area, our entire stay gone for a walk to La Candelaria and Downtown. We visited a monastery (20 PLN) and the Museum of Gold (5 PLN). Overall, the city is not enthusiastic about me, nothing special. Great (8 million inhabitants), a concrete behemoth. And the old city - exactly what could be expected. Some nice buildings, lots of ugly. Asolutnie nothing interesting. In conclusion - I do not recommend stayed longer than 1 day, which must be paid to visit the Gold Museum, a short walk through the old town and possibly visit the Monastery. At this stage of the journey, in this city, after the last Lariamie - eagerly waiting to return home ...

LA CANDELARIA

- views over breakfast in a cafe

- streets

- in Poland we have about 110 mobile phones per 100 inhabitants (or something like this), in Colombia there are far fewer. Thus, in the streets there are mobile phone booths (no booths) with several mobile phones on chains. And chips.

- the old city market. Ugliest in South America, although the cathedral was not bad.

Strolling through the streets of Bogota, when he first saw the monastery, I saw the sight of this.
(the following pictures and descriptions are not blasphemous, and it is not absolutely my intention, representation is what I've seen)

On top goes the cable type Gubalowka.

at the top of featured flowers grow ...

... hummingbirds fly ...

(Shutter 1 / 125 second at this speed, the normal bird's wings are pretty clear, not exactly here. I tried it at 1 / 500 second, a similar effect!)

... from the queue to the monastery leads Way of the Cross. Sculpture representing more stations are very well made, especially on top of a mountain and the clouds are building a very special atmosphere ...

... except the last one.
(which looks rather like a character from a comic book superhero)

altar is also original.

Panorama Bogota.

GOLD MUSEUM The museum is modern and very well organized, highly recommend. The museum is an exhibition of metallurgy, gold processing techniques, the history of plunder of gold by the English conquistadors. All this is told through multimedia presentations and using tens of thousands (!) Of gold artifacts. There are special exhibitions on Native American shamanic ceremonies and traditions and the role of gold in their conduct.

- some places were beautiful

- This artifact shows the legendary El Dorado ceremony, in which Indians sacrificed to their gods the most beautiful objects of gold dropping them from the rafts into the lake Guatavita. This golden statue is about 20 inches long, its replicas are the most common pattern of souvenirs from Colombia, appear on each stall as a souvenir plastic figures, t-shirts, etc.

- other places are strange

Based on "The Simpsons"? ;)

- yet other mysterious or scary. Among others, these masks seen during the ayahuasca ceremony in Iquitos, then they showed me a shaman ... and here they were finding in the Hall of Ceremonies, with descriptions of such ceremonies was! I started looking for a mask, which in my visions appeared most frequently, but unfortunately I did not find it in the whole museum, but others that I saw there were there ... To understand the significance of this, at least a strange phenomenon, I began to delve into more than before in most of the museum texts around me. Some of the descriptions rewritten. Tłumaczenia ani interpretacji się nie podejmuję.

"...natural and supernatural principles are balanced, in indigenous thought. There are men and there are also women, light follows darkness, rain comes after drought, wild has its opposite in domesticated, and the world above is matched by the one below. When the balance is broken, chaos ensues; uncontrollable forces take over the universe and threaten disorder and terror. Wise men then intervene to bring order back into the world. Through sacred offerings they restore the balance and ensure that life will follow its course once more..."

"...shamans used sacred plants to immerse themselves in the spiritual dimension in reality and visit other levels of the cosmos. Consuming these plants, coupled to fasting, sound and light effects, and repeated body movements, induced a state of trance that taught the secrets and powers of the universe and in which the invisible was made visible..."

"...when the shaman is in trance, he feels that he is transformed into a bird and makes long journeys. Some believe that they get transfigured into a condor, others into a humming bird or heron... priests who identified themselves with bats evoked these animals habits in their own; they lived in dark temples, worked at nights, and flew when they were in trances..."
